Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order only before a tracking number is issued. Once your order has a tracking number, it can no longer be canceled. To cancel, email prevailstudios8@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email prevailstudios8@gmail.com right away with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review it and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can fix the problem. If a dispute is filed, we will respond to the bank with your order details, tracking, and delivery information.
